The closed fishing season will be enforced starting March 1, 2024 and will end on April 30, 2024. The aforementioned activity is carried out annually throughout Taal Lake under Resolution No. 49, s. 2018 or the “Resolution Adopting the Proposed Tawilis Closed Season for two (2) months in March and April” which prohibits the capturing, selling, carrying, transaction, and transportation of Tawilis.
