To help scholars better understand and take care of their mental health, BFAR CALABARZON conducted a seminar for students under the Fisheries Scholarship Program (FSP) with the theme “Stress Management and Addressing Academic Burnout” on March 7, 2026.
A total of forty-seven (47) scholars from Southern Luzon State University, Cavite State University–Naic, and Laguna State Polytechnic University–Los Baños attended the seminar.
The discussion was led by Registered Nurse Maria Laarni M. Casipe as the resource speaker. She shared practical ways to manage stress and prevent academic burnout, particularly in the face of daily student life challenges.
Through this seminar, BFAR CALABARZON continues to demonstrate its support for FSP scholars—not only in their academic pursuits but also in their mental well-being.(mrcamilon)
