BFAR CALABARZON, led by Regional Director Sammy Malvas and Congressman Roy Gonzales, visited areas where programs and assistance for fisherfolk in Santa Rosa, Laguna, will be implemented on March 27, 2026.

The activity aimed to inspect and assess the sites to determine the appropriate support that can be provided to fisherfolk in the Santa Rosa district. It seeks to improve the livelihoods and income of communities that depend on fishing.

BFAR continues its commitment to providing support to strengthen the livelihoods of fisherfolk.
